متى يمكن الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال؟When Can You Return or Exchange?

نقبل الاسترجاع والاستبدال في الحالات التالية، شريطة التواصل معنا خلال مهلة التسليم المحددة:We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases, provided you contact us within the specified delivery window:

• وصول المنتج تالفاً أو مكسوراًProduct arrived damaged or broken
• تلقّيت منتجاً مختلفاً عمّا طلبتYou received a different product than what you ordered
• المنتج لا يزال بختمه الأصلي مغلقاً ولم يُستخدمThe product is still in its original sealed condition and unused

شروط القبولAcceptance Conditions

• يجب التواصل معنا خلال مدة التسليم المحددة (تواصل معنا لمعرفة المهلة الدقيقة)You must contact us within the specified delivery window (contact us for the exact timeframe)
• المنتج في نفس الحالة التي استلمتها — ختمه سليم، علبته الأصلية موجودةThe product is in the same condition as received — seal intact, original box present
• لا نقبل استرجاع المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة بسبب عدم الرضا عن الرائحةWe do not accept returns of opened or used products due to scent dissatisfaction

خطوات طلب الاسترجاعSteps to Request a Return

1. تواصل معنا عبر واتساب وأرسل رقم طلبكContact us on WhatsApp and send your order number
2. أرسل صوراً واضحة للمنتج وحالتهSend clear photos of the product and its condition
3. سنراجع طلبك ونرد عليك في أقرب وقتWe will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible
4. نتفق على خطوات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع معاًWe agree on exchange or return steps together
